We love pets! If your dog or cat is comfortable with us, he or she is free to roam. If a pet exhibits aggressive behavior while we are present working, we may ask you to contain him or her during our visit. We do not clean up pet urine or feces.

Yes! Our scheduling software sends a text when your cleaning technician is on his or her way!  You will know the technician’s name and arrival time.

We do not offer the option to select cleaners based on demographics. Our team consists of talented professionals from diverse backgrounds, genders, and ages. We encourage you to welcome any of our esteemed team members who are committed to providing excellent service!

No need to sign a contract. We want you to keep us because we exceed your expectations!

Please notify us by text, call, or email at least 24 hours in advance if you need to make any scheduling changes. If you contact us less than 24 hours before your appointment, a $50 fee will be charged to cover team expenses, as our team members were scheduled to clean your home as part of their day. If we are unable to access your home at the scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the job cost will be applied to cover lost time and travel expenses. We appreciate your understanding, as these policies help us provide consistent income for our valued team members.

If you will not be home to let us in, we ask that you provide us with a lock box or access code and if necessary, an alarm code.
