No need to worry about supplies! We come fully equipped with all necessary cleaning materials, including vacuum, fresh mopheads, clean washcloths, and eco-friendly cleansers.
We do not use or provide bleach. If you would like bleach utilized in a particular room or area, we will apply products you supply us with as long as you sign a waiver for the use in your home.
Absolutely! Our rates start at just $150, which equates to a mere $5 a day – less than your daily coffee! We offer various cleaning options and are flexible to work within your budget. Let us know what works for you, and we’ll tailor our services accordingly.
Sure! We can use your equipment or products upon your request.
Tidying up can help us be more efficient, but no need for heavy lifting! Clearing clutter and dishes ensures we can focus on cleaning and making your home sparkle.
At this time, we do not do dishes or laundry. We will let you know if we add this to our service list!
While tipping is not required, it is certainly appreciated. It’s a wonderful way to show gratitude for the dedication and hard work our team puts into cleaning your home. We offer convenient tipping options via your client portal as well as a link next to your scorecard.
For our services, we book by the day. We cannot guarantee a particular time due to a number of scheduling factors including location, cleaning technician available, and home sizes, for example. We ask that your home be available for the day (9am-5pm) of your scheduled cleaning to maximize results for all!
This is unfortunately not possible. Rest assured, all our cleaners are thoroughly vetted and trained to meet high standards. You will love all of our team members. Allowing team members time with their families while we still keep your home clean makes for refreshed cleaners and consistent service!
If you are not satisfied, please inform us as soon as possible. You will be sent a scorecard immediately upon our technician’s wrapping up your cleaning. We will come back out to fix anything up to your standards. We value your feedback—good or bad—as it helps us continuously strive to improve.
If an item is accidentally damaged, your technician will create a report and our office team will call you and we will follow up with written communication regarding the incident, ensuring you’re informed promptly. We’re committed to maintaining trust and handling such situations with care.
We ask that pets, in general, and especially for first cleans, are contained if at all possible. This allows for the comfortability and efficiency of the work we are doing to clean your home. Many of us love pets and grow to have great connections!
No! Our cleaning products are fragrance free to keep your air safe from the potential harmful chemicals.
This is not possible. We have wonderful cleaners in all backgrounds, genders, and ages. We ask that you welcome our esteemed team members to clean for you!
Yes! Our scheduling software sends a text when your cleaning technician is on his or her way! You will know the technician’s name and arrival time.
